But the heart will deceive us into believing that we’re beautiful if the outer looks and feels good, while it desperately tears us down from the inside. Gratefully, God looks in no other place but the heart. He knows where the real damage is. In the place where we are incapable of beautifying, Jesus resides to be that beauty for us.
